SHIPPING POLICY

How will my order be shipped? 

Due to being located on an island and access only accessible via barge or flyer, the only available shipping method for deliveries is Australia Post. 

Sunny Bliss ships Australia wide. We do not offer international shipping.

All orders are shipped using compostable mailers and eco-friendly shipping labels. We also re-use cardboard boxes whenever we can.

When will I receive my order?

Our online orders are generally dispatched within two (2) business days. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a Tracking Number to track your order. Please note that Standard Delivery with Australia Post can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days. 

Can I change my order?

If you’ve changed your mind, please email us ASAP with your order number and what you would like to change. We do fulfill orders pretty quickly, so if your order has shipped unfortunately we can’t assist, but if there is still time we will do everything we can to help out.

Do I pay shipping costs if I am located on Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island)?

There are no shipping cost charges for local NSI residents. Take advantage of our free local pick-up facility. Select the local collection option at the checkout, and we will email you with details for collection once your order is packed and ready.

Other shipping information

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Please note that Sunny Bliss is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, particularly during high-volume periods. Sunny Bliss is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Here at Sunny Bliss, we have a 14 day no questions asked returns policy. For any change of mind on products purchased on our website, we will provide you with either an exchange or a refund for the item*(at your choice). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In order to start this process, please return your item within 14 days of your receipt of the item.

In order to initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@sunnbliss.com.au. Once your return has been accepted, we will send you information on where to send the item/s. Once the item/s is received, our team will inspect the item/s to verify the condition and once approved, the exchange or refund will be processed. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded and return postage is at the buyer’s expense.

Exchanges

Exchange for change of mind will be subject to additional postage fees for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds to not apply to the following goods:

  • Sale items, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery to you, or if any attempt has been made to alter the item or if they have been dropped or broken. 
  • Mask & snorkel sets, sunscreens and drinkware, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Personal care goods, due to hygiene reasons.

We are unable to refund items that have been used, damaged after delivery to you, or if any attempt has been made to alter the item or if they have been dropped or broken.

Please ship items to us in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.

Damaged Items:

Please carefully inspect your order upon receiving it. Should the item appear damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@sunnybliss.com.au
